Is Marseille capsule jewelry waterproof?

Our jewelry is completely waterproof, so you can swim and shower with it and wear it to your heart's content.

What is your jewelry made of?

Marseille capsule jewelry is made of 18K gold-plated stainless steel, brass or silver. All the items are nickel free and therefore hypoallergenic. 

How do I take care of the items?

Remember that a gold-plated layer lasts the longest when you keep it dry!

Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewelry.

Keep your jewelry away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.

Avoid wearing your jewelry when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can! Pick up your order at our office in Zadar. Please let our Customer Service Team know ahead of time by email that you would like to pick up your order instead of having it delivered. The Customer Service Team will refund you your shipping costs and give you a time and date to pick up your order.How long will my personalized order take?

Depending on the design of the item and the time the order was placed,but all orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped Monday to Friday.
